The Way Forward
During the workshops at the General Assembly at the end of September, we discussed the structure of our organisation and how we could improve it.
As promised, this is a discussion document which builds on the initial ideas and creates a bit of context.
The Way Forward - Discussion Document - October 2023I am very conscious of the fact that some of the changes being proposed are provocative. My intention is to trigger a good discussion about where we want to go, and how we want to get there.
Ultimately, it is the General Assembly that will decide.
With this in mind, I invite all Scout Groups and Leaders to read the document and discuss it. I urge everyone who cares about our Association to get involved and give feedback. The document contains a link to a form that will help us structure your feedback and report back.
